These terms apply to your use of thesilveredit.in and purchases from The Silver Edit by Himanii (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). The Silver Edit by Himanii is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies published on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and materials

We curate jewellery and accessories made from sterling silver, silver-plated metal, brass, stainless steel and gemstones. Product descriptions identify materials where known. Current silver items carry a 925 stamp; they do not carry a BIS Standard Mark and we do not represent them as BIS hallmarked. Colours, scale and appearance may vary slightly by screen and natural material. Please follow any care instructions provided with an item.

Orders and payment

Product listings and prices may change. An order is subject to acceptance and stock availability; we may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it or if listing or pricing information contains a material error. Available payment methods may include UPI, Google Pay, debit or credit card, Razorpay, Stripe, bank transfer and cash on delivery for eligible orders within India only. COD is not available for international orders. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Cancellation, delivery, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available. Dispatch and delivery estimates, shipping fees, defect reporting deadlines, evidence requirements, return shipping, exchanges and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy; those policies form part of these terms. For marketplace orders, the relevant marketplace's order process and terms also apply.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation, submit misleading information, or misuse another person's information. The website content, brand, images, text and design belong to us or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Shopify hosts this store. Payment, analytics, advertising, delivery and marketplace services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, except as required by applicable law. Sales through our store are made directly with The Silver Edit by Himanii; Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for the products sold by us.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and product information accurate and available, but errors, interruptions or delays can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable law. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
