Shipping policy

We ship throughout India and to eligible international destinations where delivery is available at checkout. The destination, shipping charge and delivery estimate are confirmed before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are usually processed for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

• Within India: 3 to 7 working days.
• International: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimates and may vary by location, courier operations, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control. We send a tracking link or tracking number after dispatch.

Shipping charges

India: ₹150 per order below ₹4,999. Orders of ₹4,999 or more receive free shipping.

International: DHL shipping rates vary by destination country and are shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.

International duties and taxes

The Silver Edit by Himanii bears applicable destination-country import duties and customs charges. If a courier requests a charge at delivery, contact us so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Address and delivery issues

Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a delay, damage, missing parcel or delivery problem. Marketplace buyers should also raise the issue through the marketplace order page where required.
