Refund policy

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or a full refund. Nothing here limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Report damage or a manufacturing defect

Raise your request within 24 hours of delivery for orders within India or 48 hours for international orders. Email thesilvereditbyhimanii@gmail.com or DM @thesilveredit_by_himanii. For marketplace orders, also submit the request through the marketplace order page within its required process.

Provide clear photos and a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Start with the unopened parcel; show the delivery label and visible recipient and brand details, then record opening the parcel and a close view of the item’s condition. Keep the packaging and item until the request is resolved. This evidence helps us investigate and does not remove remedies required by applicable law.

Approval, return and inspection

Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping. After approval, dispatch the item back within 72 hours. The customer arranges and pays for the return courier. For marketplace purchases, use the platform’s return label or process where required.

Remedies for an approved claim

• Exchange: Choose an available item of equal or higher value. Pay any difference if it costs more. We cover courier charges for sending the replacement and dispatch it within 72 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Full refund: We refund 100% of the amount paid to us for the order, including original shipping charges. We initiate the refund within 24 to 48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional working days to post it.

The return courier cost paid directly by the customer is separate from the original order amount. Any remedy required by law will be provided even if it differs from this process.
